A great place to enjoy a delicious meal or a drink in a very classy atmosphere.

The cafe has a cozy atmosphere and ample parking. Their mango cheesecake is a must-try; I absolutely loved it. The beverages are decent, and the prices are reasonable. It's a great place for a family brunch, and it's very kid-friendly.

This delightful cafe offers great food and drinks, excellent service, and a variety of baked goods made on-site. The cafe has a lot of space, so good for meals with friends, working remotely, or even photoshoots. They also have a coffee bar with a selection of beans from different countries for pour overs and such (even beans from Australia!). The venue is also well designed, with each area having its own quiet vibe and decor. Would definitely recommend!

I've been here a few times -- the food and coffee are solid and the space is nice. I've had the stir-fried pork with basil topped with an egg--a basic dish done well here and the spaghetti with bacon which also had a nice bite of chili. My son has a quesadilla and gave it a thumbs up. Prices are good, staff is friendly. They also have some bakery goods for sale and cakes for order. This is a kid friendly restaurant which is a big part of its appeal. It's much quieter during the work week and can be busy on the weekends. Plenty of parking available in the lot next door.

August Living Haus has a parking lot right in front of the restaurant, and if you visit during peak hours, there are also free nearby parking options. The restaurant itself is spacious, with many different sections and plenty of comfortable seating. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the food is excellent. We ordered two cakes and two coffees, which cost us around 300,000 Kip. On Wednesdays, there’s a special promotion: if you spend more than 301,400 Kip, you can join a lucky draw. We actually won and brought home some fresh organic water spinach from their farm! I’ll definitely be coming back, as I’ve heard they have many other delicious dishes to try. :)

Really nice cafe. They have a La Marzocco espresso machine so they mean business. The food was good, I had their lemonade (excellent) and their 4 cheese quesadilla (just okay). My friends ordered eggs Benedict and rice and stewed pork which looked very good. Staff was really nice and the atmosphere was great. They had a raffle for every purchase where you’d get some m&ms or some other Halloween treats. Nice that they keep up with international seasonal themes as well as local themes. I’d definitely come here again. Thank you!!

I recently visited August living haus, and it was such a pleasant surprise! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is tasteful and comfortable — perfect for a meal and a casual coffee catch-up. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. It’s clear they really care about their guests. The food was absolutely tasty! I had several dishes, and it was full of flavor and beautifully presented. They also coffee is also serve cake and coffee, Highly recommended this place!

Really first time check in . Elegant cafe. A lot of choice of the desserts. If you are sweet tooth.
